I am an affiliate broker working with Wallace Nelson Real Estate in Maryville, TN. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in finance with a focus on Real Estate. I live in Maryville with my wife Mary Beth and our three children.

In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I've worked as a Tennessee Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser all over East Tennessee since 1993 in all types of residential and commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial, entertainment/amusement properties, acreage, subdivision development, and commercial sites. I have taken extensive real estate courses covering all types of real estate, with some highlights including, lease analysis, highest and best use and marketability analysis and advanced income capitalization theory.  In 2020 I achieved the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.
